We are moving...

Well, hasn't it been an odd 2020 so far? After a tumultuous few months due to Covid we are pushing forward with our plans for a new larger combined office, factory and warehouse space. As of 9th September, the offices are built, racking is going up and internet is connected. We are now in the midst of transferring all of our stock from one warehouse to another, which we hope to have done by the end of September.

What does this mean right now?

Right now, we are doing our best to maintain business-as-usual, but there are a few unavoidable consequences:

  • Your order might be split and dispatched from two locations
  • Our response times on messages are temporarily pushed back to 48 hours
  • Some orders might take longer to dispatch as the stock transfers from one location to another
  • Custom items will have an extended lead time of 5-10 days

 

 

What about in the future?

Bringing our offices, production, warehousing and dispatch together will enable us to offer better service to you than ever before. The benefits will include:

  • Later cut off time for same-day dispatch
  • Faster dispatch times
  • Centralised tracking and order traceability to keep you informed about your order's progress
  • Higher stock levels
  • A wider selection of products
  • More dispatch options including pallet services for larger orders, and click & collect for local customers
  • More production space for faster dispatch of custom items
